The AGPA Annual Institute and Conference offer participants from diverse clinical disciplines the opportunity to advance their knowledge and skills in group psychotherapy and related fields. Outcomes derived from the Annual Meeting include: development of new clinical approaches, refinement of therapeutic methods, exchange of clinical and empirical knowledge with colleagues, exposure to current research and theory, and the opportunity to participate in a peer support network.

The Annual Meeting draws over 1,000 mental health professionals from all over the country and other nations. It offers more than 200 events including Institute sections, Conference workshops, panel discussions, paper presentations, poster sessions and special interest group meetings.

Exhibiting or advertising your product or service at our upcoming Annual Meeting will put you in direct contact with more than 1,000 mental health professionals from diverse clinical disciplines. We have a variety of ways for you to promote your product or service. Who Should Exhibit:

  • Clinical Service Providers—Patient treatment programs, private hospitals, manage care organizations, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies. 
  • Continuing Education—Mental health organizations, publishers, audio/video training tapes, training programs.
  • Financial Planning and Administration—Brokerage houses, insurance companies, computer supply companies, office design services.
  • Recreation and Entertainment—Travel services, sporting goods, vacation spots, leisure activities.
  • Health and Personal Awareness—Fitness equipment, personal trainers, health and beauty products.

A.    Exhibit Hall Events Exposure with: Opening Reception; Registration; Cash Lunch; Conversation Hour Tables; and Meet-the-Author Book Signings.

 

B.    Booth Rental includes: table-top exhibit; identification sign listing organization’s name; listing in the “Directory of Exhibitors” included in the Annual Meeting Conference Publication; and complimentary AGPA member mailing list prior to the Conference for your exhibitor mailing.

 

C.    Literature Distribution Center includes: display catalogs, flyers and pamphlets that market meetings, books, journals videotapes, etc., such materials will be replenished throughout the Conference. (Excess materials are not returned.)
