Participants
embody natural elements of dance-movement that constitute
LivingDance~LivingMusic to examine how Interpersonal Neurobiology’s
attention to the body relates to well-being. They will employ
kinesthetic sensing, live music, witnessing, and free dance,
mobilizing resources that have been vital components of cultures
that value community and the healing inherent in dance.

Learning
Objectives:
The attendee will
be able to:
1. Describe
Interpersonal Neurobiology’s analysis of the relationship between
attention and well-being.
2. Compare and
contrast strategies for attending to breath and the kinesthetic
sense of boundaries.
3. Assess the
effect of kinesthetic sensing, dance improvisation, and music on
neurobiological processes that serve both the individual and the
working group.
