Participants embody natural elements of dance-movement that constitute LivingDance~LivingMusic to examine how Interpersonal Neurobiology’s attention to the body relates to well-being. They will employ kinesthetic sensing, live music, witnessing, and free dance, mobilizing resources that have been vital components of cultures that value community and the healing inherent in dance.
