Pick Me! Pick Me! The Art and Science of Group Member Selection

This workshop will explore the questions associated with selecting members for group. There are individual as well as group-as-a-whole considerations. The goal is to help participants articulate their own theory of group composition, how this informs their practice, and what constitutes a productive patient/group makeup.

The attendee will be able to:
1. Identify member criteria for group participation.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of group-as-a-whole phenomenon in relation to the member selection process.
3. Assess group developmental stages and how this relates to member selection.
