Pick Me! Pick Me! The Art and Science of Group

This workshop will explore the questions associated with selecting
members for group. There are individual as well as group-as-a-whole
considerations. The goal is to help participants articulate their
own theory of group composition, how this informs their practice,
and what constitutes a productive patient/group makeup.

The attendee will be able to:
1. Identify member criteria for group participation.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of group-as-a-whole phenomenon in relation to
the member selection process.
3. Assess group developmental stages and how this relates to member
selection.
