Edith Wharton wrote, “There are two ways of spreading light: to be
the candle or the mirror that reflects it.” We will explore
individual leadership styles and power dynamics on an organizational
level and conduct a “Power Lab” to better understand two models of
leadership: Emotional Intelligence and Resonant Leadership.

The attendee will be able to:
1. Participate in a Power Lab and learn to differentiate between
power roles in a system
2. Contrast task based and process based leadership
3. Compare role-based and personal based leadership
4. Name three key elements of Resonant Leadership
5. Identify the four quadrants of emotional intelligence
