The Median
Group offers a context for examining the interface between
psychotherapy groups and the organizations that support them. Attention to overt and covert processes demonstrates the dynamics
that facilitate or impede members' ability to work on the primary
task. Consultants will offer hypotheses about these dynamics as
they unfold.
