Catch the World; Vicissitudes in an Intercultural Group

This workshop provides a safe space to experience and learn how to be at ease as an intercultural group leader. Specific intercultural themes like inclusion/exclusion, identity and acculturation strategies will be explored. Goal of the workshop is for the participants to enlarge their cultural competence potential without losing their creativity and joy.

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:

1. Identify acculturation strategies.
2. Discriminate phases of cultural shock and the accompanying stress factors
3. Expand potential of competence in intercultural situations.
