Leadership styles vary. Leaders may be
autocratic, democratic, lead by consensus or example. This workshop
will explore different leadership styles and their impact on
organizations. Participants will have time to explore and discuss
their leadership style through tasks designed to bring them into
awareness.

Objectives:
The attendee will
be able to:
1. To Identify personal leadership
styles.
2. Identify personal drawbacks to leadership.
3. Describe effective leadership styles for different organizations.
4. Differentiate which styles of leadership which work best for
organizations as they mature and develop.
