Water, Water Everywhere: Using Awareness of Group Dynamics for Professional Replenishment

It essential to use knowledge of group process outside of our practice to maintain energy, optimism, balance and enhance awareness and creativity.  In our clinical practices there is "water, water, everywhere" for those we work with.  Outside of our practices there are opportunities for personal expression which replenish in myriad ways.

 

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:

1. Identify personal opportunities for expression.

2. Create a personalized wish list.

3. Define stumbling blocks.

4. Design action plan.
