Positive Psychology  Perspective in Group Psychotherapy

This course will involve didactic and experiential components related to positive and strengths characteristics within group members.   

 

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:

1. Gain insight into psychological strengths.

2. Explain the difference between strengths and talents.

3. Appreciate the application of strengths within therapy groups.
